Hello, I was issued a ban, but I am unsure of the reason. I have seen similar situations happen in scenes before, but I didn't realize it was considered glitching or a bannable offense. I was in the back of a cruiser being arrested while handcuffed. I typically do not roleplay as a civilian because I often get banned or run into trouble. If you could direct me to where I can find the civilian rules, I would greatly appreciate it. There are many links I still don't understand, and I have questions or need assistance when playing on any of Mountain Interactive's servers. I've witnessed scenarios where someone was arrested and subsequently shot the officer. I have experienced this myself. Since I was never searched by my arresting officer, I thought I was allowed to fire at him because my firearms were never taken. I've been banned several times for things I was unaware of or because others were not clear about rules I might not know. I would prefer not to be banned and to continue roleplaying. I enjoy this server and have made many friends here. I sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings and would appreciate guidance on the rules. Thank you.

Before it happened, I even mentioned that this was illegal, hinting to him that I was engaging in this scene. It was not during peacetime, nor was it random; I had seen him and other officers in the area for a while before I even got involved in this situation.

I previously mentioned that I was part of a gang, specifically the Rolling 60s. The person who was arrested was either a member of or connected to that gang. Before the shooting occurred, I had warned the officer that he was engaging with gang members. At the time of my ban, I was in the process of buying and renewing my platinum subscription. Although I haven't purchased it yet, I would like to be unbanned so I can buy my platinum. I didn’t realize that my actions could be classified as RDM during the arrest. I was trying to role-play a scenario that can occur in Chicago and other areas. This situation is a sad reality that happens every day. I understand that I can't just shoot someone and then leave, but that wasn't my intention. My mic was on, but I guess he might not have heard me, which doesn't make RDM acceptable, though.

What I want to explain is that I was playing on that server all day, and my PC isn’t the best. I had just tried to overclock it 20-30 minutes before this incident occurred. I wasn’t experiencing any issues until I started to lag a little, which is normal. When the shooting happened, I was still lagging. After that, I had a blackout and had to wait until the morning to restart my PC. I intended to talk to a staff member about the situation today to explain my side so it wouldn’t escalate. I was never trying to RDM; you can ask anyone who has RP'd with me on the servers that MI owns.

Thats what im saying i had no mic audio and i left after i was tryna to come back and say sorry to him i thought it was from a scene earlier that day i didnt die though so it wasnt NLR i was trying to speak to him but as you see in clip you couldnt even hear my speaking or talking i was trying and after he died is when it crashed i have proof i was on that whole day
