Why I Should Be Unbanned: It's ridiculous how giving an opinion gets me banned, I simply stated a personal opinion and it's taken as "discrimination"? I never gave unfair treatment nor said derogatory terms toward said community of people, I simply stated my own opinion, and I get banned for it? I was OSP and I never had the intent of violating that, I was just expressing how I personally felt on a certain group of people, that isn't discrimination and shouldn't be taken as such. Sure, I can understand how it could come off uncomfortable and maybe disrespectful but calling it discrimination is far reaching. I was never using my opinion to justify mistreating, harassing, or exclude someone, I simply gave my "opinion". I never even said it toward anyone directly, I said it in a general sense, if someone would've expressed how they felt toward my statement, I would've stopped there and then but instead I get PERM BANNED. It's actually wild how opinions will immediately get you banned and taken as something it's not. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: N/A

Ban Reason: "NSFW / Weird messages in DM’s" Why I Should Be Unbanned: I didn't intend it as interpreted, I understand how it came off and I was honestly just joking, messing around, having fun, whatever you'd want to call it, I honestly wasn't trying to be genuinely weird, I said a weird message in general in regards to a picture someone stated, I then got muted for it, totally understandable as it was pretty weird. I then, DMed the moderator a message which wasn't too weird, I was just playing around with him, I then continued sending messages which continuously got more and more 'weird', and I guess I didn't understand his discomfort to the fullest extent. I wasn't aware of the DM Moderation rule, so I thought I was fine which is why I kept saying that type of stuff, I understand now that it was unacceptable, and I apologize for my words. I've spent a lot of time on the MI Servers and Games and I in no way would intentionally try to compromise that, I was simply having fun and playing around but I understand to the fullest that it was absolutely not the way to go about it and not in any way shape or form acceptable to speak in that manor. Appealing Roblox Username: UnidentifiedRocket Appealing Discord ID: 382767508970536961 Ban Length: 2 days Moderating Staff Member: @f_ckkkk What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Why should you be unbanned?: I was on the Federal Bureau of Investigation Team, roleplaying as an undercover Agent in Civilian clothing, I've heard different stories about how its allowed or disallowed, I was unaware, so I went ahead and roleplayed as undercover. I was walking back to my cruiser when I witnessed a Civilian pull out a handgun and had it aimed at my fellow officers, I took it upon myself to open fire as they were in imminent danger of being shot, the Civilian then turned toward me with his gun still drawn so I continued taking shots until he was down as I felt I was in imminent danger as well, I feel as if this was justified and the correct actions to take, sure I could've used de-escalation tactics, but that would be a Use-of-Force issue and I'm dis-confident in the outcome being ruled as RDM. Speaking in different circumstances for example, if I was actually a Civilian, I feel as if it'd still be justified as assisting officers and protecting them from potential dangers shouldn't be seen as against the rules, but that's just personal feeling. This is why I think I should be unbanned.
