I see your proposition. However, I would contend your second nullification. Most RDM gets moderated; however, due to its circumscribed nature, there is a pretty large margin that doesn’t. I also get the subscription premise. The postulation is can be a little absurd—but it significantly improves the quality of role-play in Perris.

The ticket portal is operational. But, David decided to restructure staff—causing transient inefficiencies. It will most likely be resolved within the upcoming week.

Pretty self-explanatory. Making weapons harder to obtain. For starters, this would catalyze a new profound gameplay that actually enriches role-play—rather than successive shootings & violent crimes. It’s a pretty prevailing sentiment that RDM is prevalent in Perris—usually caused by how easy it is to obtain weapons. Stemming off of my previous proposition—It can even be amended by changing the weapons given to subscribers. Illustratively, nobody should be endowed with a LMG, as a resident in a small town located in Southern California. An simple handgun and/or rifle for subscribers would be enough.
  4. Following a discussion that lead to nowhere with David, and the iterative nature of the evaluation process; can I resubmit my application and adduce imperative details I didn’t mention before? Since the paradigmatic evaluation didn’t include crucial, preceding detail. To deter from this: I will apply that into my resubmission of my application.

Glad we can corroborate on this. Please keep me updated on the changes concerning Perris, if possible. Thank you.

@David Small, inconsequential updates don’t count. Look at the dissimilar differences in both games. The Perris map ends with a large disproportionately amended mountain that was done without any punctilious elements; whilst LA ends with a way more detailed, and punctilious scene; Perris has 'archaic' buildings and housing that haven’t been amended for years, and coarse, unprepossessing buildings; whilst LA has a updated city map with actualized ornate structures… The list goes on and on. You guys failed Perris. Everyone in the community knows this. The numbers don’t lie. Focus on your best game.

Perris is indubitably the better game and seriously less-developed. Don’t know why LA is still favored. Perris accumulates way more new players and day-to-day players, it should be consequently amended with MI’s best systems. Don’t know why Perris is neglected in development when it’s the preface of Mountain Interactive.

Suggestion: Suggestion for: Perris. California My Suggestion: Breaking Perris into two different quadrants; Serious RP & Causal RP: Perris should have a whitelisted version to explicate more role-play for players. Perris insinuated as a 'Casual RP' gives more room for violation-breaches and a shooting-playground—nobody in Perris actually has a fun, realistic, and enjoyable experience in Perris because of its concurrent nature, ask the community. Perris is a ER:LC cognate at this point. Why This Would Improve the Game: Better role-playing—what every Perris player wants.

What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Ban Reason: TA, FRP Why I Should Be Unbanned: This entire synopsis was a mere inconsequential error: To briefly evaluate, I endeavored to apprehend a carjacker whom stole a police cruiser. Consequently, he operated the vehicle to S&K where he would exit the cruiser and steal a new vehicle: At the time, I was not acquainted he exited and stole a new vehicle. Reflecting upon first-hand distinguishing, I detained the first person in proximity of the police cruiser. To amend, I cannot see nor interact with the chat to render that he wasn’t the perpetrator; i am on console. In prerequisite to serve viable justice, the person was arrested under carjacking, as i articulated. Later on, I briefly conceded to the factuality of the incident by contacting the arrested person. In further addition, the repercussions should deviate to departmental rather than in-game moderation. This was perplexed incident, not an intentional violation-of-regulations incident. Moderating Staff Member: Curtis (Please refer to Ban List for this information.) What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Ban Reason: RDM Why I Should Be Unbanned: The rationale behind this repercussion is negated: In the video clip, it exhibits only a small portion of the actualized body of this incident. As seen, i was disproportionately positioned facing the opposing players, with a rifle, the other player even produced his own AR and pointed it towards me whilst doing so; subsequently; momentarily, i conclusively discharged my own weapon. The synopsis is more nuanced and additional detail to this could be referred to the original correspondent for the full clip. Additional Members: Nearby officers (name indecipherable)
  13. The transition to ROBLOX terrain has substantially deteriorated the all-inclusive environment in Perris; producing an unrealistic & substandard environment: Altering to the concurrent environment in Los Angeles, or, refining these elements intrinsically, would be great.

Hi, @rodri, No thank you. I’d much rather a different moderator to take control of this: I have made another appeal, please appoint a competent moderator to review it expeditiously.

@David @Captain_Man2014 Furthermore; maybe implementing the systems already existent in Los Angeles to Perris. Perris uses the oldest systems and when it stands next to Los Angeles, comparing, namely the; systems, graphics and other components & properties: Perris looks horrible and a joke - LA is obviously favored. Ubiquitously, you’d want to prioritize both games in a reciprocal way; not one that is a RDM, unpleasing, and update-deprived experience and the other flourishing in every aspect (LA). In abstract or summary, Perris looks like outdated, antiquated, and poorly designed. On the other entity, LA strives with expectational systems (CAD, etc.), actualized enjoyment, superior graphics, and quality of the game, itself. To an extent, it seems as if the two instances weren’t even created by the same company. (Not to harbor resentment. I am sure MI is working diligently, but it is visually apparent by the quality of the games, not on the correct thing.)

Hey, David, I will try to be punctilious: Any update that is fairly minimal and doesn’t captivate player experience in Perris. Los Angeles is flourishing at this instance. Here’s a list of what members would most likely enjoy, and what you guys should refrain from. DO Updates: New content in agencies (new vehicles, systems, etc.) Map updates (subliminal map changes like new buildings and vicinities) New civilian jobs More interactive-ability for Fire/EMS More interactive content for civilians Graphical updates and environment improvements (LA looks way better than Perris, appearance-wise) Other activities, and fun reoccurring events Regulation Violation Suppression Tools & Systems Harder-to-obtain weapons & other More realism (Like LA) ABSTAIN FROM Updates: Small, useless updates for systems (Ex: Being able to put a letter in your call-sign) Random unrealistic insert vehicles Unneeded content Anything that serves no purpose to the game, of course, Hot Fixes and Patches are exempt.

Los Angeles averages 30-40 players a day, methodically, whilst Perris, in an amplified entity, gets a median average of 50-60 and sometimes even 70 contingent on the time & day. Contrary to expectations; Los Angeles receives supplemental updates than Perris. Precedingly stated, Perris retains far more a pleasant and exhilarating experience and should be strategically aligned & prioritized to sustain this essence. Los Angeles, subsequent to holding the most updates, still fails to deliver an enjoyable experience. Mountain Interactive is substantially eliminating Perris inadvertently by its inadequate amounts of updates. Literally one; a hot fix. My intent isn’t to harbor resentment towards Los Angeles but ensure that Mountain Interactive Staff & Members are acquainted and know that Perris hasn’t received a commensurate update in nearly 3 months (An update: a new element or property added to a instance to enhance player experience). The largest update Perris has received in the last 3 months was the ability to change your radio callsign. Additionally, the last Perris map update was 8 months ago whilst Los Angeles receives biweekly immense map and Player Experience updates.
