What is your Roblox Username and User ID?93906a38475 (Username) - 10898894 What is your Discord ID?1061039547082870894 (@wyattstom) Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days? No. Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?Yes, in April. Were you a previous Staff Member? No. Do You Have a Working Microphone?Yes. What Country Are You From?United States Have You Moderated Other Communities?Yes, I have moderated multiple communities before. I moderated Virtual Reality RP servers on the game Pavlov Shack for 2-3 years. Pavlov Shack is a VR-exclusive game with a massive modding community. Similar to Roblox, people often engage in RDM in these Roleplay servers. The servers I moderated peaked at 3k-5k members. I have experience moderating players, dealing with tickets for in-game ban appeals, handling RDM cases, and resolving staff-related issues. Although these communities have now shut down (or are barely active), I retired from moderating them and the game entirely. Regarding Roblox, I’ve had experience with ER:LC (when I was 10), and personal Roblox games, but know how to use basic commands. To keep it short, I am familiar with moderating somewhat large communities and have experience doing so. Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?I cycle between Perris and LA. I have no problems with playing both games and find them both fun. Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?I have applied two times already, once getting accepted but purged before I could be interviewed, and another time when I had rushed the application at 3 AM which was a bad decision. I hopefully come back to prove that I can create a detailed application and put more effort into it like the first time, contributing with the community and being active. The main reason I want to become a moderator is because I want to improve the experience for everyone. I have admittedly had to report people to mods before since they ruined my game play completely. It is frequent in Perris. LA is much better but I think they both should be moderated equally. If i am accepted I can put effort into both and assist with players needs and enforce rules when needed to. I want to become a moderator to help the community whenever I can. I want to help with appeals, reports, questions and just be there to do whatever I can. I want to not only improve Role play but improve the experience of every player in each MI game and show professionalism to appeal more people to join the community and to have fun. I have experience with moderating communities and players. I know all the basic violations and have read over MI's rules from time to time. I have also made website reports and give mods the things they needed to help me. I understand the basics and can learn very quickly. Hopefully, with playing the game for two years and having hours of playtime in each game, I can prove myself to be a good moderator. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?Minor DMs from time to time. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?Mostly on weekends at 1PM-9PM (maybe even earlier). Monday-Friday can change, but since its summer I can say I can frequently get on and play for multiple hours even if I get a part-time job for the summer. How Would You Handle Rule breaking?I have seen a lot of people get punished for violating MI rules. I think that MI's rules are perfect. The best way I can prove that I can handle rule breakers is with a example. For this example I will call the reported player RDMER1 and the original reporter REPORTER1. This example will be in Perris based off a few real scenarios I've seen or been involved with. REPORTER1 joins the game, after joining the RPD team after just donating to MI he is excited to play with his perks for the first time. After REPORTER1 leave the RPD station a civilian (RDMER1) decides to slam into REPORTER1's cruiser. After this, RDMER1 stepped out of their car, pulling out a pistol and shooting REPORTER1, RDMING him with no role play behind it. REPORTER1 reported RDMER1 and has a clip of the incident. After the report is claimed and REPORTER1 has sent the right amount of evidence, RDMER1 is brought to the sit area and questioned most likely jailed. After asking why RDMER1 shot and killed the reporter he admits hes at fault and accepts his punishment. Looking at RDMER1's record it shows that he has not had previous moderation history. RDMER1 is honest and admits that he is in the wrong without argument. My decision of punishment for RDMER1 is a simple warning. This warn is now on RDMER1's record and both players are sent back to RP. 10 minutes later, a new report comes in from REPORTER2, a different player. RDMER1 is again reported, now for SI and RDM. With shown evidence and kill logs, RDMER1 is sent back to the sit room and jailed. This time RDMER1 does not admit anything but starts a argument with REPORTER2 disrespecting them in the process. REPORTER2 is separated from RDMER1 and is not facing new rule violations. In the sent evidence RDMER1 is shown to have interfered with a hostage scene running inside while police communicated with the hostage taker. RDMER1 then is shown to have shot and killed the hostage AND the hostage taker ruining everyones roleplay. This is a much greater rule violation not only has RDMER1 RDMED but he has also ruined a entire roleplay. The punishment for RDMER1 is now a ban for 3-4 days for SI and RDM. This example has happened to me countless of times in Perris usually me being the reporter. TLDR 1st offense punishment light, 2nd offense or 3rd harsher. Anything Else We Should Know?I have been active in MI for two years, playing Victor Valley, Perris and LA. The first time I played a MI game was when the only game was VV. After playing VV for a little I left and moved on. After a few I found Perris on TikTok and decided to play and join the community. This was a great decision since I found a active thriving community and a game experience that made me want to play it more. Playing MI games more often, I decided to buy Platinum multiple times. I have played Perris V2, V3, V2.5 and V4. When V4 was released to donators as a beta I reported a ton of bugs which were actually fixed. The first time I played LA was when MI first acquired it. I remember the Tavern, the old police named Arcadia Police and walking through the old police station. Seeing LA become so far and actually turning out good pleased me a lot, not only was real improvements happening but actual serious Role play became a reality. Perris is definitely not the most serious Role play game but playing LA throughout the months is 100% a changed pace from Perris. After a few times of playing LA I took a break, returning back and buying Gold. I have seen it all in MI and have a lot of knowledge of rule violators. Playing for two years I think I can handle the players of MI games knowing how to deal with them and if they're in the right or wrong. Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English? No.
