Staff Username: Hayden_UnderwoodWoodLaw Discord Username or ID: Hayden_UnderWoodLaw Description Of the Incident: Staff member rping as LAPD hopped into the back of my vehicle and refused to exit during a pursuit. Then tried to rp saying we kidnapped him even though we never touched him, pointed weapons at him, or told him to get in to begin with. Then he tried to make the excuse that when he was given the opportunity to get out the vehicle that he had a seatbelt on and couldn’t exit even though nobody strapped him in nor let him in the vehicle in the first place and if he was being kidnapped why would he not get out the vehicle when given the chance. Not to mention that instead of pursuing like a normal officer would he purposefully hopped in the suspect vehicle and wanted to go along for the ride which in summary is frp. Then when I attempted to seek out repercussions the staff member that responded to the help call was the same rank as the one who committed the FRP so he was not able to assist. Example’s Suggestion: Suggestion for: Los Angeles, California My Suggestion: LAPD K9 Vehicles because currently there are only Arcadia ones in game and our uniforms are LAPD uniforms so the cars should match. Plus the cars are already in game they just need liveries . Why This Would Improve the Game: More Reward for those that own the K9 Tier of premium and be more realistic.

I dont normally go civillian and the server was pretty quiet with a low member count so i wanted to do a drive by rp. I was unaware that this was considered RDM because it is a common thing that happens irl in Los Angeles I believes makes it applicable to RP but apparently not. Not to mention I have seen multiple other members RDM worse than I did and start shooting after shooting and only receive a warning. It is for this reason I feel i was unfairly punished however I understand I was wrong and will not do anything like this again and only wish to properly RP within the server. I was banned from Los Angeles for DRDM which I was told is drive by RDM. However, I believe an immediate ban was too much of an action. I believe this because I have a clean track record with the community and am also a gold member that frequents in law enforcement. I have never had any warnings or kicks in LA so going straight to a ban seems a bit much especially when nothing happens to the people that start mass shootings one after another when the server has 40 members in it. In conclusion I feel the ban was too much of a step and unjust. Roblox User: Ward8701
