I can't really find any issue report section for mountain interactive, but for some reason I bought platinum yesterday and for some reason my entire subscription just got like wiped? I paid money for platinum and just lost it all of a sudden has anybody else had this issue? I had titanium before buying platinum, and now it like reverted back to titanium and says renew subscription, im so confused
