Incident Description*:I am a retired corporate member whom of which took over for rafif and managed all staff hirings, staff punishments and guidelines throughout then end of 2023. This is a report not only on an individual staff member but also staff management for lack of guidelines and accountability. I was banned for VDM in Perris California yesterday after I was reported via forums by "nikieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee". Upon watching the clips and consulting with the community in general chat I absolutely should not have received a ban which is probably the smallest issue I have. I followed proper guidelines to appeal this ban and after the ban was appealed due to my innocence I intended to report or leave feedback regarding the staff members inability to properly review and determine on moderation reports. But heres the kicker, The person who moderated me reviewed my appeal? I'm sorry what? Since the beginning of Victor Valley this has been strictly forbidden and all appeals must be reviewed by a different member of staff, To prevent abuse and to give the community member the best chance at fairness. This is absouloutely a HUGE fail on behalf of staff management for lack of a system in place to prevent such issues. So now myself, an innocent community member with signifigant contribuitions to the group was appealed and given an one strike policy. Make that make sense. Moderation needs an complete overhaul with an appointed director who can handle running the department like Natalie or Rafif did. I never see moderation in game EVER and haven't in months. The game is an absolute free for all for the past year and when their is staff in game they are playing like everyone else and only using their Moderator privileges when it affects their gameplay or they have an personal issue. I was banned for VDM when infact I did NOT VDM. First clip Untitled - Clipped with Medal.tv You can see me pass at 0:27 but only the sound and shadow of my car (RPD TAHOE) Shortly after I pass that CHP presses panic and says officer hit, Therefore running him over was 100% was justified since I just passed him and knew the civ killed him. Clip 2 Untitled - Clipped with Medal.tv (This is literal brainrot) I was responding code behind mail for an officer down and HE walking infront of my car I NEVER changed lanes and at the end you can see I tried to swerve around when he finally loads in. Like what? Picture 1, The civ continued to harass myself and my partner of which is another retired staff member Dek via text about how he was VDMd and we are getting perm banned and what not. This was me pointing out its the person raging in our in game text messages hence "this the kid I ran over" and was ACTIVELY BREAKING NLR IN THIS PHOTO. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) VDM Why Should You Be Unbanned? I used to play everyday and now I hardly play a few times a week if at all as im in uni, I don't get in trouble, and I understand the rules better than most considering I contributed to the original perris guidelines when the game was released and I was corporate. This is entirely poor moderation.

I ping him in general and he said “i couldnt even tp to you” and a minute later in a dif ping told me to DM him the clip. (Context, Rouge TK sheriff and I had SS of them saying its their 3rd alt). Flat out ignored me, this has become far to common where im told to send a report and then disregarded. While detaining him the RPD unit cuffs me and refuses to uncuff because “hes FBI” as if that means hes allowed to do all that. I explained the issue with the border wall and using hold tool in a small space and he completely glazed over it and said I “Snitched on myself” and that I’m getting banned but was immediately shot down by a administrator who dismissed the entire situation. Poor moderation skills with a piss poor attitude.
