You can also see in the picture that I had little to no cover and I had to do whatever I thought was right to quickly defuse the situation.

From my POV, you was shooting in the safezone and the bullets were loud and clear. My character that I was roleplaying as was a former member of the United States Army and I had been conducted the illness of PTSD after being retired. My character got scared from the loud gunshots so he pulled out his illegal rifle that he had bought before (roleplay) and started returning fire. The shots were not kill shots and aimed to only make the suspect unable to fire back. I am sorry if I have broken a rule however I was just following my characters conscience.
