yea idk why im banned the mod litteraly didnt even listen to my side of the story

So pretty much what happened is we have been chasing this guy for over an hour. Hes been bolo'd when we got him maybe 5 minutes before the situation the other officers shot his tires and then he ran off, in the clip it shows him respawning his car to fix his broken tire that they shot at once we found him I got out the car and shot his front left tire. Then he started running away he got around to the bank when we boxed him in and then prcoeeded to try to get him out his car because we could not drag him outside of the car. Then he got out on his own and shot us with a Glock 17 then I tased him then we got him to the police station booked him and then like 30 minutes later I get jailed and the mod presses me about all this stuff be he didn't get my full story all he did was just say I did something wrong he wasn't threatening us. But I kid you not maybe 30 seconds before that clip he ran over 3 cops (which resulted in injury btw) a K9 unit flipped over 2 LEO Cars and 1 civilian car. And a another civilian car that started getting smoke after he crashed into him. People were on the verge of dying after him recklessly driving for over an hour, no other choice then to secure the arrest then to shoot his tires and put a stop to what ever the hell he was doing. If your reading this before im unbanned I would like you to unban me however, if this is after im banned im only doing this because I want to get this off my record. I feel like the moderator did a poor job in that situation because he didn't view my side of the story and the "victim" made himself look innocent and the moderator did not try to see my side of the story instead trying to ban me asap. Without even getting my side of the story. However I do apologize on however the slim amount of communication. I feel like that could have been totally avoided if the moderator saw my side of the story instead of just taking one side and not even checking about my claims or anything like that. When I tried to reason with him in DM's he then avoided the questions and then stopped Dm'ing me entirely. All he said was "play it by the book" which I did after he almost killed 4 people. Yet again I sincerely apologize for whatever happened today and I wish the best for whoever is reading this appeal.
