I attempted to gather basic information to secure the scene and help him when the user did a drive by shooting on us and the police station. User left after I returned fire. Discord Username of the player you're reporting: (optional) Give us an Incident Description: When no staff was on user was cop baiting to get into gun fights with law enforcement. Even when officers were terminating pursuits as I did in my video, user would come back around and continue to commit crimes until you chased him again just so him and his friend could get into a gunfight. Eventually he was arrested for an unrelated issue where in the video you can hear his friend on scene ask him to unlock his car in an OOC VC. And despite being handcuffed, searched, and far away from his friend he unlocked the car. The friend then used the car to interfere with his friends booking process. User used OOC information to unlock his car so his friend could interfere with booking. It is very faint in the video but you can listen and hear him say “open the car, open the car” at which point the user in the vehicle opens his car, and his friend gets in and begins to follow me as seen in the video. Suggestion for: Community My Suggestion: I suggest revising the rules to allow players affected by those to break the rules to be allowed to make ONE well regulated and respectful response if they so please to a game ban appeal for a ban they reported. This would allow the player who was affected by the rule breaker to give additional context or refute appeals that have false information, and one respectful response keeps things simple for staff while ensuring everyone gets a fair shake in the community. Why This Would Improve the Game: This would improve the community by ensuring those who take away from the experience from others are held accountable for their rule breaking. I have personally observed on multiple occasions people make game ban appeals and completely make up a story that didn’t happen, and staff takes it at face value despite the evidence disproving the statements made in the appeal. If those affected had the opportunity to make one reply on the appeal they can refute the false aspects of these appeals, and give staff more context and information so their job is easier in appealing the ban.

Hello I have a question about the peacetime rule. During peacetime am I able to resist arrest or harm other players in any way? If I am stopped on a traffic stop can I run or refuse to get out of a car if ordered by the cops?
