Whichever staff handled my case seemed to accidentally have warned my username, instead of the person I was reporting, as the evidence they attached was the clip I send in my report, which shows me getting out of my car, and getting rdmed. This is clearly a mistake, and I made this report so it can be fixed, and so the warn can be removed from my record. It was issued by a staff member who was either removed or left. Most importantly, it had 0 clip or evidence of any kind attached, and frankly I don't remember an instance in which I have been contacted by staff with a warning for FRP. I believe that if this was an infraction that was deserved, that I have changed and grown a lot in the year since it has been issued to me, and have a much better grasp of the rules. I decided to make this warning appeal as I would like to have a clean record, especially clean of infractions that I never remember receiving or being told about in the first place.

I had barely stepped outside of the vehicle when the individual gunned me down, in blatant RDM. To add to it, this person also gunned down a RCSO deputy, making their infractions RDM x2. This honestly kind of showed that they not only were totally fine rdming people, but that they also had no intention to roleplay, and just wanted to kill whoever got in the way of their lame driving. I successfully spiked his vehicle, causing him to crash by Starblox. He then instantly tries to spawn another vehicle via the insert menu to escape, which I also spike. He then jumps out of the vehicle and tries to pull an LMG from his pocket, but is shot by responding officers. Rules broken: FRP, Tool/Insert abuse How long I believe they should be punished for: 2-3 week ban.
