The impact knocked me down and as I got up, I discharge my firearm at the vehicle, stopping it from leaving and potentially causing further harm. He then stood on my car, attempting to make it glitch and then fled when I attempted to make him stop. Upon being detaine he placed in my car, he FRPd/Glitched his way out of his seat multiple times. This is blatant FRP as he should not, while cuffed, be able to do so (beyond game limitations, you cant exit a cop car from the back, it's impossible, mostly). Ban Reason: Unclear, did not receive a message from the bot or I was not able to find it Why I Should Be Unbanned: I recently appealed my GameBan (https://mountaininteractive.com/topic/9015-gameban-appeal-luc27010/#comment-23124) and was offered a conditional one strike offer by @Gh0st. I would assume the offer also extends to discord bans, considering I was banned from the discord simultaneously with the game. Otherwise, I again apologies for anything I could have done, I genuinely don't see how what I could have done in game could have led to a discord ban.

As part of the whole LASD Deputy gangs debacle about 6 months back, I was banned for the following reasons. It isn't (at least to me) entirely clear why or what exact incident led to my ban. I genuinely woke up one morning to my account being banned from all the discords (LASD, etc) and being GB'd. Ban Reason: V-OSP, TA, AOT Why Should You Be Unbanned? Well mainly because I didn't exactly intend for any nuisance? I goofed around on LASD, for sure, we even made a habit of annoying LAPD (a thing that was even endorsed by David at the time). I legit just want to play and have fun, and to this day I fail to see why I was banned.

Los Angeles Ban Reason: V-OSP, TA, AOT Why I Should Be Unbanned: Video 1: https://outplayed.tv/roblox/lEZYev As you can hear in the above video, around the 1:15 minute mark, @David clearly states, and I quote “If an LASD member is in roleplay doing something that’s corrupt then you RP it out, get a supervisor, […]” and continues on “If they are abusing tools, RDM and stuff like that, that’s for department heads, so it doesn’t even have anything to do with you […]”. The actions that lead to my ban all fall under one of those categories. Hence, the ban has absolutely no standing. Furthermore, I would like to point out that LASD Deputy Gangs are regularly involved in beating up handcuffed detainees (see L.A. Times, Leaked L.A. County Sheriff’s Department surveillance video shows inmate beaten by deputies). It can hence be argued that, within the context of a booking station, a beating of a suspect is constructed as roleplay, especially on the LASD team. It is also vital to mention that the alleged “proof” is a barely two minutes long clip of an interaction that lasted well over 5 minutes. I hope to not have to remind an eventual reader of the dangers of out of context clips…
