Here’s the kill log

So this one needs a lot of backstory, basically this suspect had a long list of interactions with cops including lots of shooting. I witnessed him execute someone at civilian spawn before I was able to take him down, he also stole a police cruiser and took the entire CHP team on a long pursuit. Basically he's a troubling premium user. He finally tries to tresspass on CHP station and claims that this is FRP and he spam calls mod. Finally he gets arrested by one of a CHP officer and when we were booking him he says "when I get out I'll show you something" so we take that as a threat. Sure enough as soon as he's released he joins CHP team and kills the officer who arrested him not once but twice by spawn camping. I respond after I hear the shots and you can see him in the video have a gun and shots being fired as he switches back to civilian trying to act like it didn't happen. Basically I was at a scene with like 5 officers and as I was leaving I was getting shot at by cops for some reason. He then pulls me over and he comes out and tells me to get out. Someone also starts shooting at me (no idea who it was maybe it was him) anyways I just go along with it because I have it recorded and he says he arrested me because of me getting too close to him when driving away. He then says he's a "chef" and does not need to call a supervisor so I just go along with it and in the end he just shoots me after not figuring out how to get into a door.
