I find this cop cuffing him and tazing him so I uncuff him. He proceeds to cuff him again and I uncuff him again then my friend tazes him so he doesn't keep cuffing him. I cuff the cop on accident then uncuff him and he pulls a gun out and shoots me as seen here completely escalating the situation: (https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/ktixj6ym906q-b5fR?invite=cr-MSw5dEYsNjg1OTgwNTg). needing to be pointed out, you can see there is only one body in the room/scene proving that he was the FIRST ONE TO KILL SOMEONE. From there, I walk back in, and I had to kill him because he was in cuffs that would not come off. When he respawned, I walked back out into the spawn, and he was already in cuffs which I had not put on him. From there he remained cuffed so he couldn't kill us or anyone else on the team again and we drove off, so he didn't kill us. And talking to another CHP in the server from before, he was cuffing other cops before this happened to us. I believe it is wrong for someone to be banned for stopping a rogue cop TKing TAing and RDMing. While I may have killed him; it was within reason of the situation. I would not disagree with a ban for a week or so, but I completely disagree with a permanent ban for this. I was just trying to prevent a cop from tool abusing and team killing. I do think I could have handled the situation better but considering I was not the one who killed first, tool abused first, and random death matched first. I would be completely fine with a one week ban or so, but this is just unjust considering I was not the one who started any of this.

I also believe that I should not have been permanently banned for just RDM. They said it was TK, FRP, RDM, and TA but I was not on any law enforcement team when this took place. Even the RDM is questionable, I saw them pull guns, so I shot. I don't know how I got banned for TK and TA but I don't believe I should be permanently banned for this.

Let me know if you need a better clip of them running me over as I approach the passenger side of the vehicle. It looks like I jumped in in this one, but I can get a better clip if needed.

Give us an Incident Description: \These guys first brought me out of civ spawn and killed me(RDM). I do not have a clip of this but then I proceeded to head back to the intersection to turn on the highway and head to town after I respawned and there was a shooting. The first time I killed them is linked below and was because a officer requested backup at the scene. I then left the scene and a car sped past me on the highway and I clocked them going 89mph and swerving so I pulled them over. and lord behold, it was them again. I then approach the car with my gun because they kept jumping out and opening doors. When I got close enough, they jumped out with guns and shot me AGAIN. that one I was fine with because I came armed and it was not frp or rdm but its the pattern that is coming up. This EXACT SAME THING happened again after this and they ran me over so I was in their car and shot them because I knew they would they try to shoot me. Finally, after I killed both of them, the "main guy" came back to shoot me (FRP & RDM) unprovoked as I'm trying to clear the scene. Additionally. they continued to do this to cops around the server and kept causing chaos as such. and after looking at his discord report history, I believe that this guy should be permanently banned for the things he has caused and his mass amount of RDM and FRP. I said you are going to get banned for cuff rushing and he said "but you killed me earlier". keep in mind this was a new life for the both of us and we had both not seen each other for a good 20-30 mins. He then proceeded to let me go and shot me in the back of the head after I had walked from the ATM to the gun store. after that I saw him a lot more killing civilians stopped at traffic stops, interfering with other people's roleplays.
