You said jurisdiction doesn't apply to that officer, I can let you know that jurisdiction is not a thing on both Perris and Los Angeles. You then actively tried to RTAA, and you went OOC immediately, for which you will be moderated for. After talking to the officer who arrested he provided a clip showing you leaving the game when about to be arrested from this same arrest incident you made a report on, for which you will be moderated for as well.
