Hey, Once you’ve purchased Gold and linked your Roblox account, your perks will automatically apply in Perris, California. To access them: Make sure your Roblox/Discord account is linked to your Gold subscription in the store/account page. Join the Perris, California game. Your Gold perks (including SRU, CHP, AMR, etc.) should now be available in the team/job selection menu. If you don’t see them, try leaving and rejoining the game. Just interact with the community, in both the discord and on the website, make posts, send messages, you'll eventually gain experience and rank up.

Do you know when you were banned perhaps? I'll attempt to look at past history and investigate, but nothing found so far.
