Appealing Roblox Username: StarHunter_21 Appealing Discord ID: 767875881645113385 Warning Date: 20/11/2024 Moderating Staff Member: Don’t have his user but I do have his discord id: 659958135414325249 But I think that his user may be PlatinumNINE. What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California. Warning Reason: FRP Warning Appeal: Got a warning for FRP because when I was afk for a quick second and was about to spawn myself an insert since I let someone get one of mine, I started to spawn myself an insert but my game ran slow at that moment in time and I did not see all of the officers that were about to swarm me (For what reason I don’t even know) and then as I was sitting there for a few seconds confused as to why there are so many cops on me I drove off since it already put me in my insert and I didn’t know that was was going to be FRP. And since I did express that I was completely oblivious to what was going on at the time of me being jailed and questioned I highly believe that giving out a warning to someone who was completely clueless about what happened and about how what I did was FRP personally I feel like that should’ve been issued a verbal warning or something more light as a heads up to just not do it anymore which just seems more fair than just instantly giving out a warning without having a word with me about the events that took place to see that I indeed did not know what I did was wrong and to try to make sure that next time just don’t let it happen anymore or else it would result in a real warning. Got a warning for FRP, because I got into an insert that I spawned in late during a chase but I did not know that it wasn’t allowed until I actually fully got into the car as my game was running slow at the time so me getting in my car really was not on purpose but I will admit that trying to drive off was my fault and I think that a warning for something like that as I was clearly clueless about that being against the rules is a bit much.
