We apprehened his busy the one who proclaimed had a weapon and was supposedly mass shooting at Strike Point. Upon custody, the caller came out, we apprehened him. He talked about how he was fixing to leave and we can watch him vanish either at the station whenever we're processing or at strike point. He proclaimed that he had proof of him just previously joining, however he never submitted it and began saying negative comments toward me and other players within the area. I told him the consequences of leaving and what would happen he proclaimed "I don't care, I don't play this game" and called me comments with that. After seeing this, I initiated a turn around, then pulling his vehicle over. He acknowledged he was being stopped, got out of his vehicle, failed to comply so he was placed in cuffs after being asked to step back into his vehicle. After being cuffed, he used his phone in handcuffs stating his lawyer would be enroute. After seeing that he wanted to lock his car, I had remorse letting him to unlock it, unsure if he could actually lock it or not was at the top of my mind since he was cuffed. Thinking it was a feature, I uncuffed him to be able to do it. He proceeded to leave the game afterwards. However, this unit decided to bodyblock our car (from the front) and prevent us from going forward, hence if we ran him over lethal force. However, he then jumped onto our vehicle (due to the character, it glitched out car) preventing it from being able to move. Then decided to open fire on our vehicle for moving, whenever he jumped ontop of the vehicle. For the moderator reviewing, no police officer would deliberately risk their own life and putting others at risk by getting ontop of a moving vehicle, people who are BOLO'd for armed and dangerous, with several counts of murder.
