IMPORTANT - When I first made my appeal on this, it got declined from Gerald, saying, “Reason: If you were to die, it would have said it in the top corner of your screen.” after testing this with a staff member in game and letting them shoot me and kill me, I received ZERO pop-up from what he was refering to, which is why I think my warning appeal now should be accepted 🐈 - Old appeal Warning Appeal - Completed - Mountain Interactive Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: N/A

Im pretty sure I got vdmed by another car. I thought that everytime you get into a crash like that, you get fully killed but I ended up forgetting that if the medical symbol is on your screen, you are still alive (i think thats how it works) and I fully understand my mistake I didn’t know what was happening because my screen went dark. I understand what I did and I apologize for it. RTAA’ing wasnt my intention because on their clip when they went to cuff me, it looks like i intentionally left I tried to speak to the staff member that was moderating me, asking if there was just any way i could make it up to the person who reported me, including getting arrested and serving my time but they said no, and im not even sure why that was said please understand this was a mistake and I didnt mean to break any rules here and please consider that I do have a moderation application and this will not help me out on it so please consider this and thanks. The only reason its not coming up is most likely because your on an Xbox with a keyboard and mouse. Things work differently, so im most likely thinking it won’t pop up at all for you. im not sure you might just not be able to do it

I told him to leave and grabbed him to put him in his car, and then he said, unholster/unsling, so I shot him, but a staff member was actually FF'ed with them, and I got warned for IWS/Interference With Staff, but I don’t see how the only reason the staff member FF'ed was just to tell him to leave, but the guy did a complete RP action, so I think I was allowed to shoot him. I don’t see why I couldn’t shoot him if he was about to reach for his gun, so I ask for this warning to please be voided. The entire reason the staff member was ff’ed was just to tell him to leave. It wasn’t for me. I didn’t expect the staff member to be ff’ed for that long. I’m sorry for this and a mistake on my end.
