The reason for this decision is as follows: Reason: As per the Gang and Organization Requirements found here: https://mountaininteractive.com/topic/2451-whitelisted-entity-guidelines-gang-and-organization-requirements/ members of organizations are to be in a matching uniform so that they are identifiable as affiliates. As you and your "leader" were not in a consistent uniform, you were in violation and the Gang and Organization Requirements resulting in the ban for RDM as you were not obviously a gang member protecting their leader. Looking at the kill logs, it appears the person you're reporting was the suspect in the shooting that you were arriving on scene of. Therefore, he was actively in roleplay and upon your arrival you entered that roleplay and became an acceptable target as he would be likely to shoot additional officers to avoid capture.
