Moderating Staff Member: Answer. knoi.ca#0 What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles Ban Reason: Why I Should Be Unbanned: After seeing a friend and a fellow PMC member (evident by the fact we were wearing the same uniform) being arrested after a shooting, I decided not to let the arrest happen, I bought a weapon and made my way over to the police station, I waited above the gate to see when a car would leave, and then jumped into the booking area to try and free my friend. I shot the arresting officer and then eventually my friend in-order to avoid the arrest. While my actions were criminal, they did not break any terms of service. What game did the ban take place in?: 11/22/2024 1:57:02 PM (GMT+2) Ban Reason: Answer (Attach screenshot of your ban message / use imgur) Why I Should Be Unbanned: The ban should be lifted simply because the killing was not random. The clip provided by the reporter fails to show the altercation that preceded the shooting wherein the reporter warned me multiple times to get off their vehicle, at a certain point the driver asked a police officer that was stationed nearby asked me to get off of her vehicle. The officer asked me to get off the vehicle, I did not comply. The vehicle left the gas station in which this happened, and the police officer followed the vehicle to the Los Angeles County sign, where the vehicle was stopped and the driver was asked to exit the vehicle, confused, the driver insisted it wasn’t her which needed to be arrested, but me, after the officers and the driver exchanged, the driver drove off and began a car chase, while I was still on the vehicle, at some point not too far into the chase, I fell off the vehicle, seeing I was deserted by them and probably about to be arrested, I shot towards the vehicle, while I ran towards it, after the car had crashed I began a gun fight with the officers that were on scene, which ultimately led to my death. My actions were merely criminal, but not random, and a result of a lengthy altercation. I understand it may appear so off of the clip the reporter provided, but I believe it leaves out the important context of the shooting.
