    RDM | Killed a civi when 2 officer was 10-80 and civi was hidden from us and 2 rouge officers killed civi and i try to stop 1 rouge officer and 1 rouge officer helped his friend, and they start abusing their tools

    RCSO abuse tools. i hold him in cuffs still staff come, none of them came they were in game when i report it never came, i waited till 5 min or more.
