For Departments like, LAFD, LAPD, LASD, CDOT you need to join the Team speak.

So when you go to your settings and look into your account connections you will see the area to connect both your discord and roblox, Select your roblox to connect and it will take you to the robox website where you wait 3 to 5 seconds to confirm connecting your accounts and then you confirm authorized linking of accounts to the website.
