Bank of America Robbing Tutorial
Informational Guidelines
The process of robbing BOA, consists of multiple steps. First you must find the materials/items to use for the robbery. As you stated in your question, to find TNT you must follow these guidelines, (I’ll also include the other steps in-case:
- Navigate near the parking lot by the Fire Department Station. There will be an illegal seller that sells the TNT for the process of exploding the vault door, or Wall (Please note the TNT I believe is either $500 or $800 in-game cash.
(Here's a photo of the location below for navigating it):

- Next you need to navigate to Rob's Tools, this is where you'll purchase the lockpick (For lockpicking the gate behind the vault door), and the Duffle bag (For storing the cash from the vault.

- Now you need to go to Bank of America and either blow-up the wall behind BOA, or the vault door.
Please note that when you blow the vault door up you’ll have to lockpick a second door, yet it’s the safer option.
If you blow up the side wall, it will be easier entrance but less safe of protection between you and law enforcement.
- Now gather the money and escape! You'll need to drop the money off at the location on the phone 'Maps' app. Now enjoy your stack of cash! The more piles of cash you brought, the more income!

USMS on both Perris, California, and Los Angeles, California, are not whitelisted teams. This also means that there is no discord server required to be entered into. I notice you're a titanium member, this is meaning you have full access to USMS in both games of Mountain Interactive. The only discord server required would always be 'Mountain Interactive Games,' the official server of this organization.
Notice you must have premium to have access to this team. You indeed have Titanium VIP, and will not need to train nor do any actions other than actions stated above. Hope this helps.

Sorry about the issue you’re currently experiencing in your Mountain Interactive gameplay. I have a few solutions you could try out to possibly create the answer to this. Take a look at the items listed below.
Solutions:

Strong Solution:
I recommend checking to make sure of that you own the vehicle you are assure of that you purchased. If you’ve had any purchases previous, or have just purchased an item, you can go to your menu to find your purchases under the “STORE" submenu. You may then go to the “Manage Purchases” Section where you’ll find you latest or full history of purchases. [This ensures that your payment data had went through and successfully had granted you the item].
Possible issues with this Solution:
There could be a possible issue where you don’t find your vehicle in here, if so, you may have not actually bought the item. Second, you may not have this submenu, which tells you other information that you haven’t in your history ever completed a purchase, this could mean you didn’t complete the full payment process, or the system did not cooperate. Report this to an official if your bank was charged.
Weaker Solution:
The next solution consists that you need to contact support, or notice this issue to a Mountain Interactive Staff Member
This will give you a chance to report it to one of the officials of the organization.

If none of these solutions work, please get back to me, and provide a more detailed situation so I could possible give out more information about the issues.

Sorry to hear this, as of what I’m hearing, your facing difficulties with the mouse cursor not moving? Or in other words, you can’t move the mouse anywhere or look anywhere? (Correct me if I’m wrong and I’ll give a different information set for you)
Possible Solution:
A possible solution to this issue is attempt leaving the game and joining back. This is the only solution I could think of as I’ve been in this situation before.
Report it to developers/moderators:
Please report this issue if you feel it is frustrating in game and needs to be worked on. You can either report it by opening Discord and reporting it in the Bug Reports section, or contact a moderator in-game with the !Help command.

Currently, Mountain Interactive has not innovated a fully functional console system, so most features will not be available for players, and is not recommenced to play on console.
Major Flaws:
Due to the fact that Mountain Interactive has not innovated this system, it will decrease the realism/experience quality without the basic features to play enjoyably.
Notice! This is just a recommendation, and this may not be true in the future, but based on the current gameplay, I don’t expect them changing or adding console innovations.

To join the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), or Los Angeles Sheriff’s department (LASD), you must follow either of these steps:

- Purchase a premium subscription
If you purchase a premium subscription on Mountain Interactive, some subscriptions may give you perks/access to the law enforcement teams. Please check with a trusted staff member or higher rank, to find if you are acquiring the standards to to be on the team. (PLEASE NOTE: You need to join the discord servers depending on which department you want to join, if you don’t, you’re not allowed to join the LEO teams).

- Obtain a whitelist for the department
If you would not like to pay the dollar amount, you also have another option that can obtain the access to the team for you. You have to go through trainings or other meet-ups before you can get this though. This usually takes longer than purchasing the subscription and applying for a premium request. (Other information is in the LAPD or LASD department servers on how to specifically complete all steps.

With LAPD, you must have voice chat active while an on-duty officer for these reasons:
You need to be able to speak through the in-game radio when on-duty. Without voice chat, this wouldn’t be possible.
It is necessary to have voice chat so conversations and gameplay is more efficient and realistic.
Exceptions
Although the guidelines are required about, there are some exceptions. You can bypass those guidelines by doing these things:
If you have a partner or ride-along with you when on-duty, you may not have to use voice chat, as long as your partner has it active.
Notice
The exception above may not be allowed to be used in some occasions, if you’re unsure, contact a staff member to make sure it is permitted.

Unfortunately that is how it works. The $100+ amount is indeed on-top of your subscription pricing. So in this case yes, you’re correct, it is quite hefty amount. There is a huge reason as to why this is such a pricy amount though. The Custom Insert Order Perk is very exclusive, as you get your very own customized and unique add-on to the game.
