Dear @resir, My Opinion on this Excerpt: I totally understand your view on this topic, as I’m also an active Titanium Subscriber the only thing I’d argue about this, is that it does indeed take a bit for them to create and publish inserts every few days, as they have projects with Los Angeles, and as well other things to carry-on with Perris. As teased and proved, they are coming out with a new RPD Metro Team, which means this could be the reason to the delay of production, as they will be creating almost an entire new vehicle fleet, and possibly new Metro Titanium Inserts. Although I created a counter-argument, I still see what you’re trying to say here. Hopefully we do get more Titanium inserts, and I can’t wait for the Metro team. See you then! Dear @waterboy9998 , Sorry about the issue you’re currently experiencing in your Mountain Interactive gameplay. I have a few solutions you could try out to possibly create the answer to this. Take a look at the items listed below. Solutions: Strong Solution: I recommend checking to make sure of that you own the vehicle you are assure of that you purchased. If you’ve had any purchases previous, or have just purchased an item, you can go to your menu to find your purchases under the “STORE" submenu. You may then go to the “Manage Purchases” Section where you’ll find you latest or full history of purchases. [This ensures that your payment data had went through and successfully had granted you the item]. Possible issues with this Solution: There could be a possible issue where you don’t find your vehicle in here, if so, you may have not actually bought the item. Second, you may not have this submenu, which tells you other information that you haven’t in your history ever completed a purchase, this could mean you didn’t complete the full payment process, or the system did not cooperate. Report this to an official if your bank was charged. Weaker Solution: The next solution consists that you need to contact support, or notice this issue to a Mountain Interactive Staff Member This will give you a chance to report it to one of the officials of the organization. If none of these solutions work, please get back to me, and provide a more detailed situation so I could possible give out more information about the issues. Best Regards..

I had then pulled up with my ELS on, and then hopped out of my RPD Tahoe with a full RPD livery on it. There was a Sheriff that had approached me, and was pointing a gun, this was: [CivilDisillusionment]. He had came up to my driver seat, opened my door, and then attempted shooting me with a full auto rifle for no reason. Thanks to the hitboxes on the door, the bullet had never reached past where the door would be located if closed. [CivilDisillusionment] Had now been tased, pepper sprayed, bean-bagged, and stunned with a stun gun, for about 5 minutes. He had a glitch on him, as to where we could cuff him, but could not manage to hold him and contain him from running away, he had used almost every tool in his inventory [Including: Pepper spray, Handcuffs, and a taser] He had used these items multiple times and failed to stop running away, and failed to stop abus ing his tools. I have a clip that I will attach, and I started recording a bit later than the start, but the clip itself I recorded, says it all. What rules / offences did the player break: Tool Abuse, and FRP. [I’m not an expert, so if you see any other offenses if possible may you add them on if that would affect ban times, etc.]. How long do you think the player be punished for: Based off how much they abused the system here’s what I’d expect: [1 Month - Permanent ban] Time of Occurrence: 2025/1/1 - [Around 4:30PM] Additional members involved/witnessing: Other Sheriffs/Officers [No user info was collected] If this is possible, and can be done, I would gladly appreciate it! Dear @waterboy9998, I think I may have a solution to your question. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure with your platinum subscription, you do not have any RPD or BPD LEO vehicles that at the moment have a radio to use. Now, if you have bought another insert to go with your given inserts from Platinum VIP, there is a somewhat likely chance that you have a radio. Here’s some situations i’ve listed below: Platinum VIP inserts Perk: With Platinum VIP, you’re given multiple inserts for your purchase of the subscription. Currently, there are no vehicles from this selection that have radios you may use. Extra insert vehicle add-on purchase: If you’ve purchased Platinum VIP, and an extra insert add-on, there is a chance that you have a radio that is able to be interacted with, and usable. Keep in mind these vehicles need to be purchased separately from your Platinum VIP Membership. Dear @JayTroit, Unfortunately that is how it works. The $100+ amount is indeed on-top of your subscription pricing. So in this case yes, you’re correct, it is quite hefty amount. There is a huge reason as to why this is such a pricy amount though. The Custom Insert Order Perk is very exclusive, as you get your very own customized and unique add-on to the game. Platinum Donator Custom Vehicle Question
Dear @JayTroit, I have an answer to your few questions, Hope they help. So basically, when you purchase PLATINUM VIP, you earn a perk towards custom inserts. This means that you’re eligible to purchase a custom insert order however you’d like. Yes they do let you add modifications, they must be possible to be made by the team though. Wait Time Question: Wait times may vary depending on however you describe or what you add-on to your custom instead that can change the total process duration. MI Custom Inserts
Dear RxDemonio, After thinking, I’m guessing it’s just a server issue as I have had this issue before. For me when this happened, I would join a server with barely anyone, and I could see the insert, but on some, it wouldn’t. I would report this to mods if possible. For me, it fixed itself after a few days unless it was just an update. Yet, I still recommend doing these things. Best relating solution: ⬇️ Report the issue to a mod #1: Call a moderator in game if they’re online. (This will most likely be the faster way to accomplish help towards your type of problem, as long as they’re online.) #2: Open a ticket on the discord server and report your issue there. They should get back to you by 2 ½ days to give you further information. This process will take longer but may give better information or they may be able to solve it without questioning, etc. if these aren’t solving it, this is my last offer since I do not have any other solutions in mind, thank you for asking. Dear Rxdemonio, Hello Rxdemonio, I think I have a solution for your situation. Right now, you have purchased a custom car, and you’re a platinum member. When you join Perris, CA, and if you look at the bottom left of your screen, you see a few colored buttons that you may click to access different things. When you click the reddish colored button with a white car icon at the bottom left, you will see a popup menu that has plenty of cars addressed to your subscription. This is meaning that you have to renew it before you would be charged anymore, and have any perks from that subscription. Right now, you’re totally safe from expenses of the silver pack. Pakrer7095’s Suggestion: Suggestion for: [Perris, California] My Suggestion: Suggestion: My suggestion for Perris, CA, is for whenever car crashes happen, the SOS feature or OnStar feature would automatically call dispatch or create a call and with the accurate location. I know that most cars when they crash, have the message that sounds like the civilian spawn car “Mercedes GLE,” it makes the Onstar noise after a crash with airbags. Why This Would Improve the Game: This would enhance realism, as it makes the game like real life, where police will be called and AMR, to respond to the location immediately. For role plays such as when the driver is hurt and can’t physically call 911. Thanks if you take it to consideration! Best regards.
