What Happened?

I've had a cheating software on my system.(I've never used it in Perris callifornia)

Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) I cannot get accest to a discord server because im banned for Exploiting.

I hope you're doing well.

I’m writing to sincerely apologize and appeal my ban for exploiting due to software being found on my system. I understand that this is a serious violation of the rules, and I take full responsibility for my actions.

At the time, I made a poor decision by having software installed that should not have been running. I now fully realize how this goes against the integrity of the game and the trust within the community. It was a mistake, and I regret it deeply.

I’m not here to make excuses only to express my remorse and ask for a second chance. I’ve removed the software and I’m fully committed to playing fairly and respecting all server rules moving forward.

If there’s any way I can prove my commitment, I would be more than willing to do so. I truly enjoy the community and would be grateful for the opportunity to return.

I understand that the use of alternative accounts may violate game policies, but I would like to clarify my situation. i've used 1 account to play with vc (Voice chat) because i haven't got it on my main account.

I assure you that I had no intention of breaking the game’s rules, and I sincerely apologize if my actions were misinterpreted. I kindly ask for a second chance, and I am willing to follow all community guidelines moving forward.
