Game Where the Warning Occurred: Project Delta / Ventura Warning Reason: (If multiple on that day, please list all of them) The reason for the warning is "Player Disrespect", and the note was referring to a web report I've previously made. Warning Appeal: I received a game warning regarding an interaction with another player. The situation involved a fellow deputy who was acting in a way I perceived as egotistical and power tripping. During the interaction, the only statement I made toward them was “Get your ego in check.” I do not believe this was disrespectful, but rather a calm attempt to bring the player back to a fair and professional interaction. At no point did I use offensive language, insult or flame the player. I remained calm and collected throughout, especially because I was in the process of recording footage to report the issue. It would not have made sense for me to be disrespectful myself, as that would undermine my report. I respect the moderation team when making decisions, but I believe this warning may have been issued due to a misunderstanding of tone. I unfortunately cannot explain why I was banned, because I do not know. I was not on the Project Delta at all today (09/09/2025), which is the date this ban was issued. I have never used cheats, exploits to gain an advantage. Every time I play Project Delta, I record my sessions using Medal, so I can provide any footage I may have if needed. I keep recordings I've posted Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I truly believe this might be a big misunderstanding. I have not cheated, nor do I use a third party software to gain an advantage. I was not active in game on 09/09/2025, the date this ban was issued (I believe) I run Medal recording on full session record whenever I play Delta, so I always have footage of my gameplay if evidence is needed, but I dont have anything today because I have not been active on this day. (09/09/2025) I have consistently supported fair play in Project Delta. In the past, I reported users who broke the rules, and at least two cases resulted in a confirmed ban. It would be hypocritical of me to cheat when I actively work against it. I respectfully ask for my case to be reviewed. If there is evidence against me, I would be willing to cooperate fully and provide any recordings I may have to clarify any confusion.

The suspect vehicle was already pinned in by multiple cruisers. During the stop, the accused player (Andrew Carr AKA Sialyticx) began threatening the driver of the vehicle, telling them to “leave or go in cuffs until the investigation is over.” I intervened and reminded him that the vehicle was blocked in and advised him to calm down. This interaction led to a dispute between the accused player and myself, during which his attitude escalated. At one point, he made a racially charged remark, stating: “I don’t know why they hire these gangsters.” The context of the statement clearly referred to my character’s skin tone. I confronted him about it at the time, but he dismissed it and ignored further discussion. After the investigation concluded, I raised the issue again to clarify if the comment was intended as a racial remark. He responded by saying: “I don’t have to explain myself to you, drop it,” and then left the scene. Reporter Roblox Username & ID: Mr_Txco, 86338619 Reporter Discord ID: txco0320 Offender Roblox Username: wh_lls, 177036445 Offender Discord Username: N/A Incident Description: The player Aaon Brown, (wh_lls, ID 177036445) engaged in multiple instances of Random Deathmatching (RDM). The player first shot and killed one civilian without any form of valid roleplay interaction in the middle of the street. Shortly afterward, they proceeded to kill two additional civilians on the sidewalk, again without justification or roleplay reasoning. Following those incidents, the player targeted and killed a paramedic, further disrupting roleplay. Finally, the player killed myself, despite there being no engagement, conflict, or context to justify the action. Rule Violated: Abuse of Power – Misusing law enforcement authority to kill players without cause. General Rules – Random killing with no roleplay reason, disrupting the server environment. Fail Roleplay (FRP) – Acting outside of realistic law enforcement roleplay by murdering civilians and emergency personnel.
