Going to deny this post for now as when you state your game is NOW closed it means it is closed and no work is being done on it. You can re-appeal after a month if the game isn't updated by then we can talk but for now as you did straight up bend the truth I am going to deny the appeal.

As version history exists, until that game is fully taken down I can't just take your word for it. Also when stating your game is now closed, you'd assume that's what you meant.

Game is still being worked on. So I find that very doubtful.
