My Suggestion: Add a Civilian job to work at Bank of America and make the Silent Alarm Buttons work too, If someone is working at BOA you can go in and ask them for withdraw/Deposit and they will be able to do it from the computer. Why This Would Improve the Game: This would Improve a lot the Roleplay Experience. -

And RCSD is a free to play team, as subscriber you get only a few perks and you can bypass the team limit. (This is perks in RCSD, You get a lot more perks outside RCSD.)

Also, Some cars have doors that you need to open in order to get in. Most of the cars you can just go through the door.
