Sadly Captain_Man no longer works within Mountain Interactive, To my knowledge (I took a 5 month break where things happened) There was an incident that resulted in him leaving this community and I really do doubt that you will get the perks I recommend you contact Support via Ticket for more information about the Lifetime.

You do not have to pay for that, RCSO, and civilian jobs are free in perris. And RPD is WL'ed meaning you can get it without paying just do the academy. For the cars you get around 6 or 7 of them in the car spawner (NOT INSERT SPAWNER) And for LEO teams you get a lot more. It is the same with LA but way more things and in LA you can easily get more advantages on the Premium members by cooking some blue rock!
