This is a known glitch, Some cops go invisible by a glitch. Most likely you were being arrested and you did not see the commands so you were tased and cuffed.

To add onto this, In perris you only get a few pistols.

Also lower your graphics instead of having it at max otherwise your PC WILL be on fire.

This is a problem, If you had another one before and it renewed in 6 days and then you switched it will still renew in 6 days, Maybe contact Corporate to solve this.

Rejoin a new server, It is also possible it will take a bit of time for the system to update.

Join a new server and make sure your account is linked.
