LA is not Pay to Win, You can get Whitelisted in everything but DOT and USMS. LAFD, LASD, LAPD is WL'ed meaning you just have to do their academy to pass it. (Currently LASD has closed its whitelist and is Premium only for now) For Perris RPD is WL'ed and the other teams are subscriptions for people to not abuse them. RCSO is already abused so I don't expect the developers to trust them with more important teams like SRU, FBI, USMS.

Yes you are able to but from what I have seen you will loose all the perks when you cancel it meaning you will have to cancel it the last day if you do not want to keep paying for it.

Sadly Captain_Man no longer works within Mountain Interactive, To my knowledge (I took a 5 month break where things happened) There was an incident that resulted in him leaving this community and I really do doubt that you will get the perks I recommend you contact Support via Ticket for more information about the Lifetime.

Please make sure you have linked both your discord and roblox account otherwise you wont get any of the perks besides the roles in the website, If it is not working contact corporate via support ticket for them to sort this issue out.
