Adding to this, in LA you have to do multiple things like incident reports etc, in Perris you jail them by booking but it is always 400 seconds.

Fix, You can freely join for RCSO. there is no such thing as "RSD, RDP" You can also apply and become RPD. For LA you can be anything with being Whitelisted. CHP in perris is subscription only.
