Appealing Discord ID (e.g., 709881578058285127): 1343423499271667746 Ban Length: Permanent Moderating Staff Member: rjfrg The ban occurred in a completely separate server not owned by Mountain Interactive, there is no mention of controlling speech or behavior in external servers that are not owned or moderated by Mountain Interactive. I.E. Gang servers that are not owned nor moderated by MI Staff. However the server was advertised in the MI Server however no where does it say that those servers must follow the VTOS of MI in those respective servers.

I'd like this removed from my record even though i was unbanned

I had originally seen the guy run up the stairs, so we seen him crouch and hide behind the wall, then we proceeded to arrest him for open carrying. And then the result came out to metagaming, how is that metagaming I witnessed him run up the stairs as I turn the corner and hide behind the wall. I am writing to express my sincere apologies for the incident that led to my ban. I understand that my actions were seen as abuse of the team, but I want to clarify that it was a miscommunication, and I deeply regret the way things unfolded. In the situation where we were interacting with the LAPD officer, I did not hear the officer's demand for us to stop, and as a result, we drove away. When we said "go go," it was simply to drive away, not to escalate or intentionally ignore the officer. I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding, and I realize how it could have been perceived as misconduct. Since joining the team, my experience has been very challenging, as we have been constantly harassed by other players, with people being down our necks at all times. This has created a stressful environment that I’m trying my best to navigate, but I do understand that it doesn’t excuse my actions. I am truly sorry for how my behavior has impacted the team and the community, and I assure you that this was never my intention. I respectfully ask for a reconsideration of my ban, as I’m committed to learning from this experience and behaving in a more thoughtful and respectful manner going forward. I was banned for FRP, the incident happened when I was tackled by an officer but I didn't know they had cuffed me when I died, when I got up I had instantly had a shotgun out, therefore I could not tell if I was cuffed or not. I was then killed while doing so, I soon to find out that I was cuffed and I killed the officer while in cuffs just now, I apologize for my actions It was just a misunderstanding, and I know an apologies might not cut it but It's all I can say at this point.
