RCSO deputy released the hold for fix the bug and he ran from us on cuffs. After that he hopped in his own car with handcuffs on. He started to drive away and I discharged my gun for stop him for avoid RP. One minute later he crached near BOA and a white dodge charger helped him but we blocked them near BOA again. The person who was in cuffs decided to drive my car in this time again and I hop in my own car while he driving and shoot him in head for avoid RP beacuse, if I gave him to chance to ran away, he was gonna countinue doing FRP NITRP etc. Thats why I shot him in head. I was gonna call staff but there was no staff in server. There is no reason for warn I think beacuse there was no staff, if I can call one why would I shoot him in head and take the risk for even getting banned or getting warn. That was self moderating. We are was gonna do DUI check beacuse of RP… We asked him for step out for detaining for DUI check, He refused several times and after 3 minutes he called a staff for avoid RP. Staff didn’t hesitate for listen us and listen the other guy and flyed away. I was alone at scene after my partner left the game. I warned him and he decide to ran and I walked infront his car and he try to ran me off and shoot him after that I got jailed by the same stuff and got warning.
