Warning Appeal: I attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white explorer at the SK Shop. The User clearly saw me with my lights and sirens behind him. As i called out the stop over the Radio with Voice chat he exited his vehicle and fled inside the store. I then went inside and told him to face the wall with my gun drawn. I threatened to shoot him if he didnt comply which i will admit was overkill. He then refused to put his hands up or Face the wall which is where i counted down from 5 seconds and Deployed Pepper Spray. All of my commands were said over Voice chat which the Suspect didnt appear to have. I didnt know this at the time as the overwhelming majority of players in the Server had voice chat. After i handcuffed him the Player that reported me began going beside me awfully close for comfort and going in my face about his miranda rights not being read. I told him to back up and i entered my police vehicle and attempted to close the door. He then prevented me from closing my door which is where i exited my car and he then Entered the back of my car. To prevent the suspect from Stealing my vehicle i took my gun out again and pepper sprayed him. Supermathias09 tresspassed into the Hangar of the LAFD station numerous times, he came back a final time which is Where i decided to Tackle Supermathias09 and ziptie him to perform a legal citizens arrest. Once ziptied, he logically resisted and started running. Now the problem is, he jumped over a tall fence without any resistance at the Dominos, which is very unrealistic as his arms were secured behind his back and he couldnt have jumped over fence without any resistance. You 1st off, punched a car, second of all you tried to pull a gun which is ADW, 3rd of all he had is taser out already and couldnt reach for his gun so he shot the taser which is reslistic 4TH of all he also proceeded to cuff you but you decided to instantly jump and run after being Tased which in itself is FRP cause IRL if your tased your muscles would be sore.
