Incident Description*:6dcry issued a false arrest warrant for arresting an Individual who had punched Aerisetta, a Director of VBI. It turns out the individual i had arrested was their friend. Aerisetta, the victim, didnt want to press charges but as that doesnt influence the arrest, i continued to arrest the individual for simple assault and disorderly conduct. After i booked them, a short time later i had gotten a warrant for Abuse of Government Authority, for doing a normal arrest against their friend. These individuals do also not posess hard evidence of me commiting such crime, they did this charge because i had "falsely charged" the individual for simple assault, mind you, the individual punched aerisetta in public, which is disorderly conduct and assault. she said she didnt want to press charges, but that doesnt influence the arrest since that decision is up to the prosecutor. 2 SBI agents, 6dcry and aerisetta then came to the FCPD station and detained me for this warrant, and i was given more charges than listed. Mr. Assetstring was driving his hellcat when he did a turn and drifted his car and crashed into a city owned lightpole. I then pulled up infront of him to do a felony stop as that is clearly reckless driving. As soon as i do so, he moves his car towards me as i try to brake and we end up colliding. i then accelerate towards him again to close the distance which is when he ALSO Moves forward and causes another small collision. I then get out of my car, drawing my weapon to do a felony stop and i tell him to get out. He got out, initially complying and seeming to roleplay, but once i tackled and grabbed him, he turned on his staff force field and put me in the Moderator Cage. After that we argued for about 10 minutes straight which is when he released me from the jail, but my camera then went under the map, and after a few minutes i got the Roblox Account Log in Warning and was kicked from the game. Once i rejoined, i saw i was banned for 5 whole days for FRP and TA. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Tool Abuse, Failure to Roleplay Why Should You Be Unbanned? - First of all, Fail Roleplay simply does not apply to myself. FRP, or Fail Roleplay is defined by the Rulebook as, and i quote "Actions that break immersion or make no sense (e.g., ignoring major injuries, unrealistic escapes) are considered Fail RP." This simply didnt apply, i pulled up to the front of the vehicle to prevent him from fleeing. I then aimed my gun at him as this is normal for a felony stop and arrested him for reckless driving. (Drifting and crashing into a Light Pole and then backing up like nothing happened). As a matter of fact, he ignored a 40mph Collision with a street lamp, which would apply to FRP in this case, but i digress. - The entire reason he was stopped was because he drifted and ran into a street pole and started backing up, which would be Reckless Driving. A Felony in the state of ventura, justifying a felony stop. While i attempted to stop him, he also drives forward into me, even though he says i rammed him twice, which isnt true from my Point of View. All in all, what was supposed to be a felony arrest was turned into a whole incident over a misunderstanding and the staff member maybe not being experienced with law enforcement. - The Staff member also immediately turned on his force field and didnt even think to roleplay it out when he got in cuffs. He went out of character for no reason, which constitutes FRP under the "Staying in Character" rule, defined as "You must remain in-character (IC) at all times. Finish the RP scene even if a rule is broken and report it afterward". He put no effort in his messages whilst turning his staff Forcefield on, showing Zero Intention to Roleplay the scene post detainment. - I also did not "Abuse my Tools", i blocked the suspects pathway with my vehicle, which is done by law enforcement commonly during these stops, causing 2 (very small) collisions as he also accelerated forwards whilst i was infront of him with my emergency lights and sirens on. - Both Cited Rule Violations simply do not apply, i initiated a felony stop for reckless driving, arrested him, and was banned after he turned on his forcefield and caged me, not even thinking twice before doing so. I believe the moderation decision came from Poor judgement through Emotions. - the Clip below is my point of view, which is significantly longer than the Clip used to ban me, it includes the staff member in question immediately turning on his Force Field and not bothering to roleplay the scene. While a hostage scene was going on, i was building an entry way with Cones into the apartment to flank the Hostage takers. Then the Reporting Person came up behind me and started trying to get behind me whilst i was on top. there i went down, tackled him and detained him and then warned him to leave the area and to get lost. He was then let go about half a minute later. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) FRP, TA, CR Why Should You Be Unbanned? i came up with a plan to use the Traffic Cone ploppables to build an entry into the Building, this was Fail roleplay, which i do take responsiblity of. However, for the other 2 Charges of "TA" and "CR, I dont see where they apply. There were clearly alot of police cars and even gunshots going off earlier, so it is reasonable to assume there is a scene going on there, and that he shouldnt interfere. For Cuff Rushing, i dont follow on how i was charged with it, he went behind me while masked and hooded up and tried to climb up. i climbed down, and used my tackle tool and then handcuffed him. Cuff rushing is for when you just run up to somebody and handcuff them. I was in a staff scene where i quickly tackled someone and THEN handcuffed them, and the staff member also ruled that it wasnt cuff rushing. and for tool abuse, i also dont understand on how it applies here, i didnt "abuse" my tools in any way, i used the Tackle tool to my disposal in a reasonable manner in a threat to my own safety. Afterwards, the civilian who is the Reporting person, then went purposefully out of character to tell me that "Thats glitching" and then proceeded to call for a moderator. He also stepped into the roleplay scene without being involved, which means he purposefully commited Scene interference. If he hadnt done so, i wouldnt have had to detain him. Warning Appeal: I attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white explorer at the SK Shop. The User clearly saw me with my lights and sirens behind him. As i called out the stop over the Radio with Voice chat he exited his vehicle and fled inside the store. I then went inside and told him to face the wall with my gun drawn. I threatened to shoot him if he didnt comply which i will admit was overkill. He then refused to put his hands up or Face the wall which is where i counted down from 5 seconds and Deployed Pepper Spray. All of my commands were said over Voice chat which the Suspect didnt appear to have. I didnt know this at the time as the overwhelming majority of players in the Server had voice chat. After i handcuffed him the Player that reported me began going beside me awfully close for comfort and going in my face about his miranda rights not being read. I told him to back up and i entered my police vehicle and attempted to close the door. He then prevented me from closing my door which is where i exited my car and he then Entered the back of my car. To prevent the suspect from Stealing my vehicle i took my gun out again and pepper sprayed him.
