What Happened? I was an LAFD at the time and I went to Rochester where there was a shooting and they agreed to me being their negotiator which I was okay with but a LASD Deputy put me on the side walk and I tried to tell him I was the negotiator which I was and then sense my microphone is horrible my friend said “Hop of this d” which went through my mic into LA which the LASD Deputy heard and though it was me. Ban Reason I got banned for VTOS because my friend said in a call “hop of this d” which went through my mic and made the LASD Deputy think it was me making a report about it. Why Should You Be Unbanned? Because I really never thought my mic would echo something through a call and I would never said “hop of this d” to an LASD Deputy or any LEO in general which I should have never been in a call with my friend, I really love the roleplay and realism available at MI and I cannot see myself fabricating an enhanced roleplay character which is of a dynamic style while interacting with others to further enhance my roleplay character. I am sincerely sorry for my actions, at the moment I didn't expect for this to happen. I cannot view myself not being a part of Mountain Interactive experience and being able to access the best, most enhanced and realistic roleplay community on Roblox.

What Happened? I was messing around with my friend on private DMs that were not related or connected to Mountain Interactive. I sent my friend a link that somebody else had sent to me. I sent him the link to ask him on a call if he thought the link was a Phishing link. After I sent him the link I delete the link because I didn't want him to think that I was trying to send him a Phishing link and after I deleted the link I went back and checked the link and saw that it was a real Phishing link that I did not think that it was a Phishing link. Ban Reason I got banned for apparently sending “Phishing links” Image of me deleting the “Link” after sending it because I didn’t think I was clear enough on the do not open with exclamation marks. Why Should You Be Unbanned? Because I never sent the link maliciously and I was purely just asking him if it was a Phishing link. I didn’t want to click on it in case it was a Phishing link, and I was going to ask him for advice on what to do. I really love the roleplay and realism available at MI and I cannot see myself fabricating an enhanced roleplay character which is of a dynamic style while interacting with others to further enhance my roleplay character. I am sincerely sorry for my actions, in the moment I didn't expect for this to happen when I labeled the link with do not open. I do not have the info from the link if anyone clicked on it because as I said it was sent to me by someone else, their user is now deleted. I was concerned about the link and was seeking advice on what to do which explains the join vc messages sent. I cannot view myself not being a part of Mountain Interactive experience and being able to access the best, most enhanced and realistic roleplay community on Roblox.

Your Roblox Username & User ID MaxAttack1713: 2256010641 Your Discord ID N/A Staff Member Who Banned You (optional) N/A What Happened?: On May, 9, I was playing Perris, California at around 9:00 - 11:00 PM I was driving around with my drive when we arrived at CHP Gas Station we found a white undercover RPD SUV and stole it to shoot the person at the scene near CHP Gas Station because my friend got shot by her (the reporter) before this incident happened, but DID NOT die. My friend told me her appearance and last known location and I drove there to find her having her gun out before I arrived, but she put it away before which the clip does not show since it shows signs of being edited. Either by the staff member maliciously or the reporter, most likely the reporter. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned?: I think that I should be unbanned because the person in question (the reporter) tried to shoot me before this incident. I saw her after my friend described her appearance and told me to kill her since she tried to kill my friend (Kinda like a hit). When I spotted her, I hopped out of the car and tried to shoot her, during this I saw her duck down and thought that she was reaching for a weapon. Also, the fact that she ducked down illustrates how she knew me and my friend and knew that she had a hit out for her trying to kill my friend. The lack of audio in the clip also shows how the clip was edited and seems like the initial reporter was trying to cover something up, like them saying uhh ohh and or something that would make the alleged RDM invalid. Also not to forget about the perm ban for the first violation on my account, including the newly record wipes. I love roleplaying in this community, and I could not see myself not being of this wonderful community.

I am trying to sign in with Roblox but all it says is not able to sign in with this account (Roblox account) and I tried signing in with discord and I did nothing.
