    Suspect: HappyKooketWheel No Recording just screenshot of kill logs a the moment. Details: A random civilian from the very beginning was on top of his VHP car as I was starting my shift as an VBI. The person ended up using fist to hit me as I pulled up I took my taser and tased him, cuffed him, and then HappyKooketWheel proceeded to kill me while on VHP, and then next I found him and took him down. And I was observing him to make sure it was him again. He ended up killing me once more, and then I came to his department, found him, and took him in cuffs as he left.
