I have to say that I dont agree, the guy approached me from behind and didnt roleplay anything at all. Didnt tell me to turn around, put my hands up etc. While im amped up incase i have to shoot the guy im already apprehending because he has performed multiple shootings already and had an active BOLO on him, my mind is respectfully not thinking about unequiping my gun. The guy quite literally roleplayed zero nada. He just stood next to me with his gun out. I had no idea what he was trying to do and I had NO IDEA that he was behind me. I dont see how this is a ban, i would understand a warning, but a straightup ban with no further explanation for this seems uncalled for. Case wouldve been entirely different if he had engaged in roleplayed, which he didnt. He never engaged with me in any way and wasnt even apart of the BOLO scene. He was simply a bystander that never spoke a word to me and decided to pull a gun out. To me it looked like a guy just pulled a gun on me out of the blue. Thats what I think of this.

Appealing Roblox Username: Mariusrindal123 Appealing Discord ID: 687381051932278806 Ban Length: 1 Day What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles Why should you be unbanned?: The ban is unjustified, the entire thing started with me trying to apprehend a BOLO suspect that had done multiple drivebys and fled countless of times. When commanding the driver out of the car i had my gun drawn while looking at the driver. Then i turn around and see a guy with a gun drawn towards me and i shoot him. (He made zero sound and did not announce anything, he didnt say he was there, he didnt tell me to put my hands up or anything at all.) Keep in mind, i am 1st person and my gun is drawn, i cannot see someone whos behind me, i cannot know that he was there at all when he makes no sound, he doesnt RP anything at all. Mind you he also just came out of no where and decided to do this. We had no previous RP and did not speak to eachother at all. What do you expect me to do when i turn around and see someone pointing a gun at me at random? Unequip my gun and put my hands up? My though is that he will shoot me when he sees me turn around with a gun and in the moment i shot him, i already had a gun drawn, already focused on lethal force since the guy i was apprehending had weapons. The moderator did not talk to me or explain why it was FRP, he did not inform me of anything, simply banned me right away. Unprofessional. Summing this up: I get banned for reacting quickly after seeing someone who never was apart of the RP point a gun at me. He never made a sound, never participated in the roleplay. Simply pointed a gun at me while i was middle of a BOLO apprehention. The only reason i see this could be FRP would be if the guy had spoken to me, told me to put my hands up or instruct me to do an action. But he did not, he just walked up out of nowhere and was not even apart of the roleplay.
