Ban Appeal
My Ban Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: repsgrund. Appealing Discord ID: 1003046999928615024 Ban Length: 2 Days (Please refer to Ban List for this information.) Moderating Staff Member: companyalpha#0. (Please refer to Ban List for this information.) What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles, California. Ban Reason: https://imgur.com/7MJSxFe Why I Should Be Unbanned: I believe my ban was the result of a BIG misunderstanding, and I’d like to explain the situation. The incident started with an officer, who is supposedly a supervisor. This officer was not clearing the intersection properly, which led to us accidentally t-boning his vehicle (more like a desync on my screen). We had lights and sirens on, and the light was green for us, as shown in the clip, so we had the right of way. At the time, I didn’t know he was a supervisor because all rank tabs and chevrons/insignias were open to everyone, and he sounded very young. During the incident, the officer was shouting something, but his voice was muffled. I informed him that I couldn’t hear him, and soon after, we left the scene. After switching vehicles and leaving the station with our lights on, we were on our way to assist a firefighter who was dealing with a GSW victim. The firefighter requested help because bystanders were interfering with his attempt to render aid. So we were responding code to the scene and then we got jailed, the admin said in-game that we were getting banned for “Running from the Police as Cops” (In RP, there is no Law in CA that requires Emergency Vehicles with activated lights and sirens to pull over for other LE Vehicles). Unfortunately, the admin did not properly review the evidence before issuing the ban. I feel like the decision was made hastily and without full consideration of the circumstances. While I have been banned before for minor reasons that could easily be sorted out with the Trust and Safety team but didn’t because they’re usually short bans of 1-2 days. However, this ban is more significant, as it could result in a permanent ban. That’s why I’m taking the time to appeal this decision now. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope this clarifies the situation. (I’ve also had prior interactions with this officer and the same admin as a civilian, and their past decisions were questionable. For example, the office once arrested me for assault, even though I was the victim in that situation, and he had no evidence of me committing assault. When I reached out to staff (the same staff member who later banned me for this appeal incident), I was told the burden of proof was on me, not the officer, and was asked, “Do you have a clip of you NOT assaulting anyone?”) Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: Existant102.

Review for nikieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Rating: 2/10 This moderator is not effective at all. He frequently spreads misinformation (such as arrested people in the booking center don’t have the right to a legal counsel because they’re not in a courthouse), and even IF you attempt to correct him, he often becomes defensive, dismissive, and “nerds” out. Dude also tends to misuse his powers, particularly by pulling rank within the LAPD to exert unnecessary control. His response to minor infractions is overly harsh, he is quick to pull out the hammer to ban users for even the smallest issues. For example, since I can’t pull personal moderation interactions, I witnessed a player (LAPD) shooting another (Civ) with their weapon held in a low ready position, and the fella here immediately imposed a two-day ban on the LAPD guy. On the somewhat positive side, he no lifes and is consistently active and always available, no matter what time of day it is, which is alright I guess. However, his lack of logical decision-making undermines this. His attitude is terrible, but that does not matter. I usually don’t rant but I and other people have had negative experiences with him.

Ban Appeal
I believe this ban, or at least the length of it is excessive. All ww2apache did was briefly mention what a player was doing in the cells, which I witnessed. In fact, I was the one who forwarded this information to ww2apache over the radio. He wasn’t delving deeply into the matter—he was simply explaining what happened. The only player who should face consequences was the player engaging or acting out such behavior, and not reporting the fact to another player.
