Suddenly, we saw through the window a young man grabbing another man by the neck (inside the store), holding a gun. At that moment, I pulled out my service pistol and pointed it at him (I didn't shoot at first, check that on the clip, I had to open fire since he was still shooting after sawing me), trying to give him a chance to let the kid go so I wouldn't have to shoot him. He wasn't responding, the store doors were blocked (or bugged), and since he kept shooting, I had to shoot him down.I've attached clips of everything (both mine and my partner's) so you can see I didn't do anything wrong, and that what I've said it's true. I used to be a staff member here about six months ago, and I believe the staff was wrong since he accepted a clip without prior context (see how the reporter clip is cut xDDD). Therefore, I ask for several things: - 1. That my ban be removed since I didn't do anything wrong. - 2. The user who reported me gets punished for FRS (as this often happens and it's a violation). - 3. That a discussion be held with the staff member who sanctioned me, and that it be explained to them that to sanction someone, a clip showing the action itself isn't enough; some context is needed to see who did things right and who didn't. Upon arrival, I identified myself as a trooper and asked if they were US Marshals, to which they responded that all four of them in the vehicle were US Marshals. The driver was trolling, saying he was superior to me and failing in his role of playing his character (saying before that all four were marshals when they weren't), as were all the occupants. Suddenly, an occupant (who I later verified was not a marshal) got out of the vehicle and pointed a gun at me and shot, to which I responded by firing my service weapon, leaving the person dead. Seconds later, Key_1040 got out of his vehicle and shot me, leaving me dead (Key_1040 was a marshal, I attach evidence). I reported this incident by doing !help in the chat and the mods answered real quick, they gave Key_1040 a 5m timeout when he was clearly trolling. Now, why I do think he deserves a bigger punishment? First of all, I think he deserves a trolling punishment because from the first moment he wasn't playing his character according to the rules and IRL situations, for example, when he lied about them four being US Marshals, or for example, when he refused to hand over his badge to verify that he was a deputy, or also, for example, when he transports his civilian friends (I know they were his friends because he said this in the sitroom while discussing) in the back of his patrol car (something that isn't done IRL) and then when they get out to shoot at me, he defends them by shooting at me while being a Marshal xDDDDD. It wasn't just a normal team-kill. I used to be Senior Moderator here a while ago and I know the rules and punishments for each violation, and I do feel that this situation wasn't managed properly, that's why I am reporting this user thru the forum and trying to get a second opion and a well deserved punishment for him.
