No you won't keep the perks since its a subscription and not a gamepass. The K9 is good though.

The games are only meant for PC. It can't handle Phones, Ipads, and Console.

There isn't one as CHP in Perris is NOT whitelisted. CHP is only whitelisted in LA

From what I know there isn't a map for Perris.

The only department that is whitelisted in perris is the Riverside Police department. Any other law enforcement or emergency team in Perris is not whitelisted meaninf anyone can be any rank.
