If you want a personal vehicle you can join a contributers discord server and request your vehicle there. (I don't know who exactly has a discord server.)

Metro is WL only. In order to become metro you must join the discord and be a PO II or higher to be able to attend a metro tryout. If you pass that tryout you will then need to attend 2 trainings until you officially become metro. (Unless they changed the requirements. Idk if they did this is just what I know from how it was when I was metro)

Make sure you linked your roblox account. If you already linked it and it doesn't work after rejoining it you can join a new server and it should work.

There should be a plugin that allows you to use the insert command. If you're talking about in Perris or LA then there is no SA insert command.

No you won't keep the perks since its a subscription and not a gamepass. The K9 is good though.

The games are only meant for PC. It can't handle Phones, Ipads, and Console.
