All of these are under the Perris addon section. To view LA inserts go to the LA insert section.

There should be a plugin that allows you to use the insert command. If you're talking about in Perris or LA then there is no SA insert command.

No you won't keep the perks since its a subscription and not a gamepass. The K9 is good though.

The games are only meant for PC. It can't handle Phones, Ipads, and Console.

There isn't one as CHP in Perris is NOT whitelisted. CHP is only whitelisted in LA
