He was clearly cheating (only headshots, super fast) and ruining the game for everyone. Out of frustration, I made a bad decision and downloaded an aimbot just to stop him. My intention wasn’t to ruin the game, but I understand it wasn’t the right solution and I really regret it. Ban reason: PERMANENT BAN Violation(s): EXP (Error Code: 600) Why I should be unbanned: I know I broke the rules, but I have always been a loyal player and supporter of the game. I have purchased Platinum and Gold passes several times, I own more than 4 cars worth $30+ each in-game, and I used to play almost every night with other players. I really enjoy this game and the community, and it was part of my daily routine. I made the mistake of trying to fight a cheater with a cheat, thinking it would help the situation, but now I realize it only made things worse. I’m asking for one chance to come back, play fairly, and continue being an active and positive member of the community. P.S.: My English is not perfect, I mainly speak French and only a little English. I can understand and reply, but I’m not very comfortable speaking it.

What Happened? The night I got banned, it was pretty late and I was playing on your experience when a player with a red Ferrari kept coming back and killing all the police officers for no reason. No matter what we did, he always returned, and I’m 100% sure he was using cheats — he only landed headshots every time and it was just too fast to be legit. After a while, I got super frustrated watching him ruin the experience for everyone. I made a really bad decision and downloaded an aimbot just to fight back and try to stop him. My intention wasn’t to ruin the game or hurt other players — I just wanted to defend the server and help. But I completely understand now that using cheats, even for that reason, was a big mistake and not the right way to handle it. I really regret it. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message): PERMANENT BAN Violation(s): EXP Appeal on Mountain Interactive's Forums > Game Moderation Appeals > Game Ban Appeals. (Error Code: 600) Why Should You Be Unbanned? Honestly, I know what I did was wrong and I regret it. I used an aimbot just to try to deal with another cheater, but I realize now that I only made things worse and broke the rules myself. I’m a loyal player. I’ve bought the Platinum and Gold passes multiple times, I own more than 4 cars worth over $30 each in-game, and I used to log in almost every night just to hang out and have fun with the other players. This game means a lot to me, and I genuinely enjoyed being part of the community. I’m just asking for a second chance. I’m ready to follow the rules 100% and never do something like this again. What I did doesn’t reflect who I really am, and I truly want to make it right. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal.
