I had this issue too, with the recent website issues I think that when the website comes back online there is a slight rollback and we end up taking the loss on that. I'd encourage you to reapply again unlike me cause I gave up after that lol.

I'd assume its a technical issue with all the website issues they've been having recently, I'd say just wait on your support ticket and they'll get back to you when they are able too. Make sure if you have any confirmation emails or receipts to include those with your support ticket to help them figure it out easier.

okay so I just realized, I made a new Discord account in December of 2023 (my account now), and I never like fully deleted my old account so I just found the email and reset the password the account ID for that one is 642519986279022602 / willwashere03

Not that I know of, my only two accounts would be the one I thought I was banned on and the one I'm able to join on my new account I made. I have both accounts connected to my Discord and I'm on the same IP for both which is why I'm confused it lets me join on one but not the other.

Hmm that is weird. So if I were to just use the alt account since my main won't work that'll be okay since there is nothing on record? This is the error I get when I try to join.

i'm debating on buying one of the packages (hopefully if i get unbanned from discord thoughts and prayers), and i'm stuck between platinum or titanium, is there a difference between the two? What does one offer that the other doesn't? I know they have lists of the perks but I wasn't sure if that was everything offered listed. Thanks in advance friends.

I also want to add I just realized I had linked the alt Discord account to my website profile because I was about to buy gold thingy, but when I realized it hadn't let me in cause it was banned I wanted to make an appeal. if there is a way I can relink discord accounts if my appeal passes that would be cool too. sorry about the confusion.
