Reporter: Roblox Username and ID - lachyz_123 : 1143863918 Discord Username and ID - rez1314 : 598688163690577921 Offenders Information: Roblox Username - GabrielFreecss Discord Username - Unknown N/A Incident Details: Date and Time - 10/18/25 @ 1:15 PM CST Location of Incident - Project Ventura ; Under Interstate Overpass near Port Entrance and David's Car Dealer Detailed Desc - I was clearing off a fire in the Port and exiting the port through the main entrance. Port Police let the FD out of the gate, and I was talking with the Port Police officer a little after. Once I left I got to the light where you can turn left, right, or go straight, and I turned right. The light was green, but I still came to a complete stop as I wanted to make sure I safely exited the port. I turned right and then pulled over because my phone was ringing. At that time, a VHP officer pulled up behind me and said I ran a red light. He demanded my ID and I was very confused I honestly thought he was joking. After a while I found out he was not when he wrongfully used his tools and power to force me out of the car. No rp took place, he was just on a power trip to arrest me. He cuffed me, grabbed me, and forced me into the car. He then said I was going to jail for not giving my ID and started to arrest me. He was going to arrest me, but I did !help and contacted sbi. Because SBI was there, the staff didn't do anything, which I thought was odd, however understandable. SBI was on my side, and in the evidence provided, you can clearly see that everything is false. SBI also didn't do anything because he pulled me over? I also thought that was odd, but I'm more focused on the tool abuse of pulling me out, handcuffing, and seating me in the car without proper RP and reason.
