My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: Alia9055 Appealing Discord ID 834081664766181437 Warning Date: 3/9/2025 5:02:50 PM What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California Warning Reason: FRP Warning Appeal: I was warned around 3/9/25 at 5:PM today, for the reason being 'FRP' the clip included within the warning log was https://medal.tv/fr/games/roblox/clips/jPN3S6ij2ePCq_4-6?invite=cr-MSxOTE4sMjY1NjkxMTc3 I believe this report was false, due to in this clip the reporter has provided, it doesn't show the full clip for the reason of the citation. I had cited him due to him pulling a firearm out after being told not to, by me and other officers on the scene, he had pulled his gun out creating a scene as you can see in the clip, there were many people on scene. In the clip it shows him with no firearm out. But he knows he was in the wrong included by the reason being him saying "I'm a cop I can't be cited". So, without the full clip I believe this is a invalid warning, due to him not showing the entire reason. As I said, he had a gun pulled out after other officers/troopers/sheriffs telling him not to, causing a scene. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: N/A

He then proceeded to argue with me saying 'I'll get you banned and reported, for tool abuse just watch' and all that nonsense, then I was asking him about 8 times for his license, he failed to comply so I asked him to turn around and he ended up saying "bye bye" included within the clip and left.
