Howdy! Starting off, I do not appreciate you trying to tell my moderators what they are obligated to do. They are obligated follow their moderation guide, which has strict rules and procedures for what is enforceable or not enforceable. As I stated in your other report, false arrests do sometimes happen in real life and it is NOT the job of my moderators to determine which arrests are valid and if there was probable cause. It is their job to ensure that members are not abusing their tools or their positions, but it appears that a form of roleplay did happen above. Hello @1dont1 , Our staff has very specific guidelines on what is enforceable or not enforceable. False arrest is not an enforceable rule. People get arrested in real life when they should not have, and they have to prove their innocence to the courts. I do want to say that I am curious on how you knew a Police Explorer was locked without trying to drive it, as there are no external indicators. Either way, we do not enforce laws, we enforce a strict list of regulations that our moderators have. With that being said, your report is being denied. Hello, This will be looked into. I do want to note, that any communication outside of the in-game format (radios, phones, talking, etc.) would constitute a meta-game violation.
